I'm really bad for this. I don't do ANY exercise at all, but I just can't be bothered. Well that's a lie. Everyone does some exercise to some extent unless you sit on your butt all day - even walking is a form of exercise after all. Yeah I know it's really bad for me, but I eat really healthily so it's not like I'm eating loads of junk & just not exercising at all. And to be fair, I love to shop - all that walking around carrying heavy shopping bags just has to be good exercise, right?

I exercise a lot. In the summer i play cricket and football and sometimes a play table tennis. I also like to run. But p.e. in school is really boring especially when you have to do gymnastics and get in all these awkward positions with other people and balance ;D

eww i have basketball practice everyday of the week, right after school so i exercise a preety good amount. it does get really tiring and your really sore at the end of the week

i walk to and form school everyday which is about half an hour and i do at least 3 hours of dance a week and if shopping counts i do that every weekend as well so a do a bit but not as much as i probably should

i have dance classes 3 days a week for an hour each. i have gym class for 45 minutes every school day. i also have reahearals on saturday if there is a show. i also play sports with my friends. i think i exercise enough.

I did start doing exercise DVDs and keeping up on my exercise but then I sprained my foot and I can't exercise until Easter. It is annoying because I was really getting into exercise.
