Sorry but I don't believe the whole 'drinking water and eating healthily' thing. I always eat healthily, I eat five portions of fruit and veg every day and drink tonnes of water but that doesn't help my skin Well, maybe that's because you have a different skin.. Cause quite a lot people have good skin by drinking lots of water and eating veggies..

Different people also have different skin types so that can affect it as well.

My skin used to be really sensitive to lotions and soaps and stuff when I was younger, but luckily I grew out of it

Having sensitive skin really sucks sometimes I'm just glad I grew out of it. Maybe your friends' skin type will change too

awww I like dove soap and i use dove face wipes too. I woke up this morning and had 5 spots probably cos i'm ill and run down, hopefully they'll go soon
