I use a treatment called Dalacin T , you can get it from a pharmacy , its really good. Drinking water helps too.

I agree, drinking loads of water really helps. My skin is pretty clear and I'm convinced that's why. And tea tree oil (Superdrug) works really well on big spots.

Getting sun to them helps. So if you're allowed to go on sunbeds, it's a good thing for getting rid of spots

Yep sunbeds do work Karina, they really help my spots, my back and shoulders used to be covered in them but since i started going the sunbeds it's really really helped, i also take anti-biotics called Minocycline and drink loads of water and eat a lot of fruit and veg. I think if you drink loads of water and eat good food, it also makes you feel good as well as helping your skin

Like what everyone else is saying, keep drinking lots of water and eating healthily But if you want my opinion, I think you should go to the doctor because the treatment from there always works

To be honest, I don't think drinking water and eating healthily on it's own can help. I know water does cleanse your skin but getting rid of spots? Somehow I doubt it. My sister used to have tonnes of spots a while ago and nothing seemed to work for her even though she tried everything, so in the end she just went to the doctor who gave her tablets and cream and after about two weeks, her spots were starting to clear up and now her skin is completley clear.
