looking back i thought i dream was brilliant,
but now i relise it was the demise of sc8. i used to love getting its hot for all the photo storys then they changed it to i dream, and everything suddenly became i dream and the album was awful. i think sc8 should have carried on through out 2004 being....
Febuary-04. 4th and final single from sundown being "Love To The Limit"
April-04. Announce 12 date theatre tour to keep the fans intrested.
May-04. Fly to Barcelona film I'Dream..in between recording songs for 3rd album.
August-04.Announce new SC8 single released at the end of august.
Sept-04. Promote I'Dream with the other 5 but ovbiusly still standing alone as SC8.
Oct-04. Second single from 3rd album.. 3rd album following a week later
Nov-04- Welcome to avelon heights released as a single with all cast members instead of just Calvin And Frankie also same month the bbc wrap up I'Dream and its out of the way for december
Dec-04. SC8 are back as normal and release their tour dvd from the previous april just in time for the christmas market along with the brand new single from the 3rd album with the announcement of an arena tour in the spring of 05 then announce a split
hectec year yes.. but this sounds good to me and that way sc8 were speerate from idream

I Dream was a good TV series, but I don't think it was right for them. They should have ditched the other 5 people and maybe done one more like S Club's, in order to show off themselves more. I think your ideas are good though, a tour and tour dvd would have been great.

I loved I Dream, but I kinda think it ruined them, yes. It was just not the right thing for them to do..

Yes and no.
They really shouldn't have added all those extras into it. Having just S Club 8 doing a show would have been fine, probably even better, but no they had to add some more people into it. So in one sense, yes.
Then again, even if they hadn't done I Dream, I doubt they would have lasted much longer. Didn't some of them say towards the end that they were finding it "uncool" to be in a band?
