i think JLS will be HUGE! like 'spice girls/beatles' big! ;D they got hit singles, a hot debut cd, and a growing fanbase that'll only get even bigger. i'm hoping they'll make it here in usa, since i think this electropop boyband is SOO much better than jo'bros.
what do you think? move over jonas brothers, JLS will take over the world!

I don't think they will be as big as the beatles, because they are like legends, but maybe the spice girls. They are really big at the moment with fans mobbing them and stuff. I don't think they will go to America just yet though, but concentrate in the UK for now because often it can be hard for British acts to be successful in America

I don't think they'll be as big as either of them, both the Beatles and the Spice Girls were international and global sensations. JLS just don't have that appeal, good luck to them but, it's probably better to compare them to groups such as Boyzone, Five etc rather than groups that are out of their league.

I really can't see it happening, English boy bands do not transfer well in the US and if they want to be global, that's where they need to succeed. If you come from X-Factor, riots are expected, they've been promoted to no end- you just have to look at all the other X-Factor acts that have come and gone. The only ones with staying power seem to be those who's singing style can transfer across the global market- Leona Lewis and Alexandra Burke.
Good Luck to them but, it's highly unlikely they will ever reach the heights of the Beatles or Spice Girls. They'll be quite big in UK and possibly Europe for a while but, as for going further... Probs not.

I think JLS are brilliant. I totally agree that they can also be international. Bands in the charts right now need to watch out for JLS, because they are the main competition. They didn't even win X factor. but they've sold more then Alexandra Burke who did win. They seriously are main competition.
