Alright, seeing as how I'm currently studying for my Bachelors in Environmental Science, I figured that I should put in a section about the environment.
I don't think people realize hoe big of a problem we really have here, but it's big, and getting bigger all the time. It's gotten so that it not only affects us, but the animals as well. I've seen this up close and personal.
I've sampled water from quite a few of Canada's lakes, I've sampled the air in some places and I've seen what's in them and it's not pretty.
I've also been to the Amazon rainforest, and as beautiful as it is...the way big businesses are going, there will be nothing left in about 5 years. This is bad because there couild be plants or herbs that can help cure all sorts of things, and nobody will know because they are cutting it down.
I just thought I would start this so that people can talk, or give opinions or ask questions...which I can try to answer. We live in this world, and one day, we're going to have kids who are going to live here, my goal is to make it a bit better for them.

For every arguement, there is a counter arguement- nothing is proven in terms of the environment.

true, but I've seen some pretty convincing things when I was in the Amazon rainforest that shows the environment is in trouble.

Whether it is in trouble or not, it wouldn't do anyone any harm to be a bit more considerate to the envrionment, like recycling or not polluting as much
