I think age is definitely a good point.
When they started, they were so young and everyone loved them, because they were so adorable. Then they grew up and their 'cuteness level' (if you can call it that) sorta went away. They were teenagers in a band, not so unique anymore. I Dream was trying to keep them in the spotlight, but it didn't work unfortunately. And then I think the guys just had something like What's the point? and started concentrating on their own things. And I think for Frankie and Rochelle that was a good thing, because The Saturdays seem to be doing really well right now. Let's hope the others will have their own success as well!

Yeah i agree ^^ I also kinda think that they relased 'DTMYS' at a stupid time, the time i released it was just after Christmas right? Well, all the Chirstmas songs were still in charts so it would of been hard to get a higher chart postition. They should of relesed it Feb-March time. Well thats my opinion.

True...I also think the producers are stupid to turn the S Club 8 to a different direction, never mind topping charts or not. They aren't enjoying the band anymore, it seems, when they were performing for I Dream. They smile more and seems so happy when they were the Juniors. In my opinion Sundown is their best album cause their voice are more mature and everything, but I Dream pretty much took the spotlights away from S Club 8. If S Club 8 got more singles in I Dream maybe Welcome to Avalon Heights would sell more, because honestly, more than half of the audience watching I Dream wanted to see S Club 8. They should also release We Got You or Wherever Your Heart Beats as singles cause Hannah sings solos in there and it will sure become popular. They should also release Turn The Lights On, cause everyone loves the beat and the music and Stacey's voice in there...and yeah, DTMYS released at a bad time. It wasn't a number one single, but if you check on Wikipedia you will see that DTMYS sold more than any other singles. They probably split up after the bad reviews on I Dream, or the unsuccessful-ness of Sundown and WTAH, or maybe even both.

i heard that it was coz there exams were getting in the way!
but the real reason I THINK is coz when they changed to s club 8, no one really knew who they were and didnt realise they was the same people and the juniors so they didnt get supported in SC8 and by the time everyone realised it was to late, and to save there career they did a tv show to promote them, and as the tv show didnt show them a sc8 but as them selves people didnt like it so they split before they got dropped, or they got dropped! im not 100 % sure if thats true!
