In primary school i used to wear a navy blue uniform with the school logo, a white school shirt and black skirt/trousers and black school shoes. In secondary school Year 7-11 we had brick red jumper with the school logo on it, a black blazer, school tie, white school shirt, black skirt/trousers and black school shoes. In sixth form we can wear what we want as long as its not revealing and there isnt anything insulting written on your clothing.

In infant school we had to wear a white polo shirt, a grey or red jumper with the school badge on with a little red and grey elastic tie and a grey skirt then when I left that school I went to another Junior school which we had to wear a yellow polo shirt, grey trousers, green top with school logo or we could wear a yellow or green summer dress, then at walkwood we had to wear a blue and white checkered blouse, grey trousers or skirt and a blue jumper with the school badge on. Now at the school I am at I have to wear a blue blazer with a school badge, shirt, blue and white tie and blue trousers or grey skirt
I have been to loads of schools so its cost a fortune in uniforms!

During Primary School, I think we had the worst uniform in the history of schools- grey skirt, with bright yellow t-shirt and the school's logo in bright green and then a yuckly green jumper ergh.
These days, in my last year of school uniform I can whatever I want.

Our primary schoo lwas awesome we had to wear a white polo shirt, and like a jumper or cardigan that was red. then, we could wear either a grey skirt or trousers, and whatever footwear!! i make it sound crap ,but it was ace coz you could go to school with a polo shirt and a (well what i called a mini school skirt coz it was like a mini skirt ) short skirt and trainers and they didn't mind EDIT: Heres a picture of an example of what we could wear (ignore the writing on the shirts, it was our last day ) i94.photobucket.com/albums/l112/Jessi_the_cheerleader/mcfly%20concert%20do%20not%20steal/SKIOOL.jpgi'm the 2nd to left girl

in from k2 pre-school until high school I had to wear a uniform that had a black and white checkered skirt (most students wore them longer than they were supposed to be), a white sailor's blouse and a black and white necktie (ribbon for elementary and a diamond shaped tie for preschool).
Then you had to wear black leather girls' shoes.
In college you could wear anything, I've come to school quite resembling someone who just rolled out of bed.

Its more of an equility thing than a clone thing. What do you think, the the principal wants their own private army or something?
Uniform supporter all the way

i like uniforms, saves you on civvies. i can't afford to wear something different everyday! (so i usually look like i just rolled out of bed when i go to uni.)
plus, for some reason i notice that people look nicer in uniforms. more pristine or prettier or whatever. well, not me personally but most other people do. heh. ;D

We don't have uniforms, but you can't where tank tops without a cover over it, short shorts, or very short mini skirts.
