Oh yeah, he looked so cute in braces and then when he had them off, it was like 'wow!' My teeth actually aren't that bad they're only a little bit crooked but I chose to have braces anyways because I perform a lot and having teeth even slightly crooked makes me feel insecure

I've had braces for almost 2 years now and I'm getting them off this may . They never really bothered me or hurt or anything. I just hated that I couldn't smile in pictures with my teeth showing!

I don't see how wearing braces stops you from showing your teeth when you smile, I'm going to wear mine with pride

I've had my braces since August.
They never hurt me apart from when I first got them put on about an 3 or 4 hours later my jaw was just achey.
My teeth are gorgeous now & I am getting them off in about a year and a half!! Can't wait but I don't have a problem with them I just want to go & show them off haha.
TIP - Milk it for what it's worth "ow mam my teeth hurt can I have the day off I'll only get sent home anyway *puppy dog face*"
"Aww if they are hurting you yeah"
It's fab!!

I had my bottom brace put in a few hours ago! I got sooo worked up about it, and was literally shaking like a leaf the whole time. At first I did cry a teeny bit, but not because it hurt. I panicked. The stuff he used to stick the square things on tasted sooo rank. My jaw's starting to ache a bit now, but it's nothing some Ben and Jerry's ice cream won't fix. ;D And they're barely even noticable too, which rocks.
