I would like you all to check out the 2007 categories and let me know which categories you'd like to be removed and which categories you'd like to be added.

Don't worry: if you really like a category and someone else said it has to be removed, it doesn't mean that it will. I need more than 1 vote for a category to be removed. If necessary, I'll add a poll for it.
