How do you change the color of someone's hair on PSP 9? I've tried the hue and saturation and colorize tool but I want to change it to black and black isn't on there!

Yes but I only know how to change the eye color of someone. First you open up a photo and zoom in five times. Then using the freehand selection tool, you trace around the iris and go to adjust and then hue and saturation and colorize and play around with the colors until you find one you like then do the same to the other eye.

Your welcome but can someone help me with my question now? If the color on the picture isn't back to begin with, then you can't get black by adjusting the hue and saturation, the closest you'll get to it is grey

there is a way, because i do my colourizations on Paint Shop Pro
basically, you dublicate your layer, then you rub everything out apart from the hair. The go to Manul Colour Correction, and find your colour. to adjust the colour more. Dublicate the erased layer, and then use the colorize tool.

either you havent resized it enough so its a smaller file. or its a long animation with lots of frames. If not, switch to another image host try myfilehut.comit holds larger images try it
